The EU Donor Atlas 2011 has been produced by Tech4Dev in collaboration with IBF International Consulting S.A. under the Framework Contract Commission.

The EU Donor Atlas 2011 was prepared by a team led by Stefano Migliorisi (Tech4Dev) and comprising Eric Bouancheaux, Stefano Bertolotti, Giuseppe Piloni and Rosanna Ania. Marion Leboulch was the project manager for IBF.
